Can I cancel a payment or direct debit?

You can't cancel a one-off payment you've made into your account – but get in touch if you've recently made a payment by mistake, and the team will try to help you.

You can cancel your direct debit by visiting invest monthly in the app – from here you can edit or cancel your direct debit.

Note: Changing your direct debit within 2 days of the next collection date ( we collect at the start of the month) may mean that the updated amount isn't collected until the following month.
