If you’re having any problems logging in to your account, check out the below for a few tips that might help.
The biometric login won’t work for me.
If you’re having to login to your account with your email address and password each time despite enabling biometrics on your device, it could be that you’re choosing to press ‘Log me out’ from the profile section in your account. Doing this will prompt a full login the next time you open the app.
If you’re not manually logging out as described above, please get in touch with the team via the in-app chat.
I’m not receiving my password reset link.
When you go to reset your password, you’ll be asked to enter your full name as listed on your account along with your email address. When entering your name, this section is case sensitive so bear that in mind when going through the process.
Also, double check that you’re using the email address you signed up with!
