If you’ve submitted your transfer to Dodl but have now changed your mind, that’s okay! Just drop the team a message to explain, and they’ll attempt to cancel your transfer while it’s still in progress.
If your transfer’s now complete you can still cancel it, as long as you ask to do this within 30 days of getting the email confirming your transfer’s complete. If you cancel your transfer, Dodl will attempt to return your cash and/or investments to your previous provider.
For a pension, you can’t cancel your transfer if you’ve invested within 30 days after your transfer is completed. But it is possible to transfer out of Dodl if you choose to - contact Team Dodl to help you with this.
