What types of pension can I transfer to Dodl? And what can't I transfer?

You can transfer most UK pensions and self-invested personal pensions (SIPPs) to Dodl, but there are a few types which you can’t transfer in. These include:

  • A final salary or ‘defined benefit’ pension. Your pension might be final salary if it's a public sector pension – check with your pension provider if you're not too sure.

  • A pension that you've already taken money out of, e.g. a pension 'in drawdown'.

  • A pension which is subject to a court order e.g. a divorce pension sharing order.
