Previously on Dodl all orders in investments would go through once a day, at 3pm.
Following an update made in June 2025, your orders will still go through once a day, but the time will depend on what type of investment it is you are dealing with.
For any funds or UK shares these orders are placed usually just after 10am. That means you will have until 10am each weekday to place, cancel or update any orders for these investments. Orders in funds or UK shares after 10am will be placed the next working day.
For orders in US shares, these will be placed just after the US market opens, which is 3pm UK time. That means you will have until 3pm on weekdays to place, cancel or update any US orders. Orders in US shares after 3pm will be placed the next working day.
