What are ongoing charges, and how do they work?

All funds have an annual ongoing charge. It covers the day-to-day costs of running and managing the fund, and is charged directly by the fund manager (not by Dodl). They’ll deduct the charge directly from the value of your investment in the fund – so you don’t need to worry about paying it manually!
