You can change your contact details, registered bank account and communication preferences in the app, anytime. Just log in, head to your profile tab and update the personal details you need to change. π§
For anything else you might need to change e.g. your name, you'll need to contact Team Dodl directly - either by starting a chat in the app or sending an email to hello@dodl.co.uk.
If you're moving abroad, youβll also need to let the team know, as this can affect whether or not you can keep your Dodl account open.
